Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Excelsior Logistics Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, directing and controlling daily operations, and providing administrative support to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Direct and control daily operations, including managing contracts, scheduling appointments, and maintaining inventory.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including preparing reports, compiling data, and responding to employee questions and complaints.
  • Train staff and other workers on new procedures and policies.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient operations.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, and manage the office calendar.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage a large workload.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
