Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Support Specialist to join our team at Tino's Carpet & Duct Cleaning. As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling appointments, managing contracts, and maintaining inventory.

• Manage office supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Assist with data entry, report preparation, and other administrative tasks as needed.

• Provide excellent customer service, responding to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

• Collaborate with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
