The Head of Financial Strategy role at Nomadgao:

This pivotal position involves managing a proactive team dedicated to strategic business partnerships, financial forecasting, and comprehensive analysis. Responsibilities include overseeing essential forecasting activities on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, developing long-term financial models, and providing on-demand strategic support. The team's focus encompasses revenue generation, operational costs, net profitability, cash management, balance sheet oversight, and corporate reporting for key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning, Analysis & Budgeting
    • Formulating financial strategies that align with corporate objectives
    • Creating budgets and conducting scenario analyses for both short and long-term goals
    • Performing detailed financial modeling to support decision-making
    • Offering strategic insights based on financial evaluations
  • Operational Finance Management
    • Evaluating financial results and delivering key insights to the Executive Team
    • Managing reporting processes and ensuring data integrity and business intelligence
    • Leading the budgeting process and establishing financial benchmarks
  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives
    • Collaborating to drive business growth and identify enhancement opportunities
    • Participating in financial activities related to board engagements and mergers/acquisitions
    • Fostering ongoing improvements in team structure, processes, and tools

Qualifications:

  • 10-12 years of relevant experience, including leadership positions
  • Demonstrated success in team development and financial strategy formulation
  • Expertise in financial operations, readiness for public offerings, and M&A activities
  • Familiarity with financial systems and technologies is preferred
