Role Overview: The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team is integral to overseeing lululemon's comprehensive financial performance.

This position provides a unique opportunity to gain insights into the diverse operations within lululemon, frequently collaborating in cross-functional teams on various initiatives.

As a leader, you will contribute immediate value, grasp the overarching vision, and cultivate a business and finance skill set that will be beneficial in your future career within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Data & Analytics (D&A) product team within the CFO organization, reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A Digital & CFO Data.
  • Manage a diverse range of stakeholders, including Finance, FP&A, Procurement, Enterprise Risk, and Enterprise Strategy & Insights.
  • Develop and implement a multi-year strategic roadmap in collaboration with technology partners to enhance data analytics capabilities.
  • Oversee governance and data exchange processes for critical data sources, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in finance, product management, and data analytics.
  • Preferred qualifications include an MBA, CPA, and credentials in Product Management and Project Management.
  • Advanced data analytics skills, with proficiency in data analysis techniques and familiarity with SQL, Python, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with Oracle Financial Applications (EBS, EPM, SM), RPA applications, PowerBI, JIRA, Confluence, and Snowflake is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams, including goal setting, feedback provision, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Strong decision-making abilities, resource management skills, and the capacity to prioritize effectively.
