Position Overview:

  • Oversee and direct the Mobilization Division, managing teams focused on Community Engagement, Serve Asia initiatives, Mentorship Programs, and Inquirer support.
  • Lead strategic initiatives to enhance Regent College's mobilization efforts and foster team development.
  • Broaden the college's outreach by organizing mission conferences, participating in speaking engagements, and facilitating workshops.
  • Forge collaborations with Canadian mission organizations and engage in cooperative projects.
  • Remain informed on trends in mission mobilization and work alongside global colleagues.
  • Contribute as a member of the Regent College Leadership Team.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a comparable role or in ministry leadership.
  • Proven experience in cross-cultural ministry.
  • Strong Christian character and dedication.
  • A genuine passion for mobilizing Canadian Christians for mission involvement.
  • Ability to manage teams effectively while also working independently.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.

Work Environment:

  • Canadian citizenship or residency is necessary.
  • Ability to collaborate with a nationwide team in a remote capacity.
  • Willingness to work weekends and travel within Canada on occasion.
  • Preparedness to attend annual mobilization events in Asia.
  • Capability to secure prayer and financial backing.
