Site Superintendent Opportunity

Linxus Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee construction activities across multiple sites in the Edmonton area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage on-site construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to required standards of quality and safety.
  • Coordinate and manage the scheduling of subcontractors, materials, and labor to ensure seamless project progression.
  • Oversee and inspect all work on site to ensure it aligns with project quality standards and complies with local building codes and safety requirements.
  • Supervise and provide leadership to the on-site crew, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project timelines.
  • Maintain project timelines, produce progress reports, and provide regular updates to the project management team.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years' experience as a Site Superintendent in residential construction, specifically multi-family or multi-unit projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction management best practices.
  • Proven experience overseeing multiple construction sites simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
  • Physical ability to perform light construction tasks when necessary.
