Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and organize daily site operations, including supervising staff and subcontractors.
- Develop and implement construction schedules and milestones, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Manage site resources, including materials and equipment, to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting site progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in a senior construction management role, preferably in a similar industry.
