About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and organize daily site operations, including scheduling and resource allocation.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and subcontractors, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
- Prepare and manage construction schedules, milestones, and progress reports.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Monitor and control costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
- Collaborate with the project management team to identify and mitigate risks.
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior construction management role.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Project.
- Basic security clearance and bondable.
- Own vehicle and valid driver's license.
