Restaurant General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Affinity Food Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits, including cost of food, ingredients, and supplies.
- Operations Planning: Develop and implement plans to improve daily operations, including menu pricing, food preparation methods, and labor costs.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting our high standards of quality and service.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, including food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Team Management: Supervise a team of 5-10 people, including staff and management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Work Environment: Willing to relocate.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail, and a large workload.
- Personal Suitability: Flexibility, organized, reliable, team player, and ability to multitask.
