Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Area Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple A&W locations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Restaurant Operations
    • Manage the overall performance of multiple A&W locations, ensuring alignment with company standards and goals.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and motivate a team of restaurant managers and staff to achieve exceptional results.
    • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
    • Monitor and control labor costs, food and waste costs, and other expenses to optimize profitability.
  • Quality and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health and safety standards, and quality control procedures.
    • Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Recruitment and Development
    • Recruit, retain, and develop high-performing restaurant managers and staff.
    • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Multi-unit restaurant management experience (two years or more)
  • Quick service restaurant experience preferred
  • Driver's license
  • Food handling certificate
