About the Role

Falcon Consultech Services Inc is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Technical Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in promoting sales to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and assessing client needs to recommend the appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Sales to Existing Clients

Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue from existing clients, including identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling products and services.

Identify and Solicit Potential Clients

Research and identify potential clients, develop relationships, and present our products and services to meet their needs.

Assess Client Needs and Resources

Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements, identify opportunities, and recommend the most suitable products and services.

Develop Reports and Proposals

Prepare detailed reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of our products and services, including cost savings, increased efficiency, and improved customer satisfaction.

Deliver Sales Presentations

Develop and deliver engaging sales presentations to clients, highlighting the value proposition of our products and services.

Conduct Sales Transactions

Process sales transactions, including preparing and administering sales contracts, estimating costs, and providing quotes.

Provide Ongoing Support

Offer exceptional customer service, providing ongoing support to clients, including training, product maintenance, and technical assistance.

Stay Up-to-Date with Market Trends

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and product innovations to ensure our products and services remain competitive and meet evolving client needs.

Requirements
  • Education

College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.

Experience

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.

Language

Fluency in English.

Work Hours

40 hours per week.
