Assess Client Needs and Resources

Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend the most suitable goods or services to meet their needs.

Develop Reports and Proposals

Prepare detailed reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of our goods or services, and present them to clients in a clear and concise manner.

Deliver Sales Presentations

Develop and deliver engaging sales presentations to clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our products or services.

Conduct Sales Transactions

Process sales transactions, including preparing and administering sales contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods or services.

Use Sales Forecasting Software

Utilize sales forecasting software to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.

Estimate or Quote Prices

Develop accurate estimates or quotes for goods or services, including credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.

Provide Ongoing Support

Offer exceptional customer service, including providing ongoing support to clients after sale or signed contracts.

Review and Adapt Information

Stay up-to-date with product innovations, competitors, and market conditions, and adapt our sales strategies accordingly.

Train Customers' Staff

Provide training to customers' staff on the operation and maintenance of equipment, ensuring they are equipped to get the most out of our products or services.

Provide Presentations on Benefits

Develop and deliver presentations to clients on the benefits and uses of our goods or services, highlighting their value proposition.

Provide Customer Service

  • Education

College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
