Job Title: Technical Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at Hightain Group Corp. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and soliciting potential clients, assessing their needs and resources, and recommending the appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties, and delivery dates
  • Identify and solicit potential clients
  • Assess client's needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  • Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services
  • Resolve product and service-related problems
  • Provide customer service
Work Environment:

As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will work under pressure and require attention to detail. You will also be responsible for providing physical accessibility accommodations and supporting the social and labour market integration of newcomers and refugees.

Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
