About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at Hightain Group Corp. as a Sales and Technical Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and soliciting potential clients, assessing their needs and resources, and recommending the appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate and Quote Prices: Provide accurate and competitive pricing for clients, including credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties, and delivery dates.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and solicit potential clients, building relationships and understanding their business needs.
  • Needs Assessment: Assess clients' needs and resources to recommend the most suitable goods or services.
  • Post-Sale Support: Provide ongoing support to clients after the sale, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
  • Product and Service Support: Resolve product and service-related problems, providing expert guidance and solutions.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Work Terms and Conditions
