Job Summary

The International Application Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the application process for international students at Trinity Western University. This position involves maintaining relationships with key agencies and organizations, assisting admissions counselors, managing international student applications, and organizing campus visits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain relationships with key agencies, schools, churches, and relevant organizations in the region.
  • Assist Admissions Counselors with follow-up calls and emails to agents, students, and stakeholders.
  • Organize campus visits, appointments, and tours.
  • Manage international student applications and the application process.
  • Set up and maintain filing systems using university's enterprise systems.
  • Process application charges and related fees.
  • Prepare acceptance letters and documents.
  • Contact students for necessary documents and updates.
  • Analyze data to support research activities.
  • Collaborate with team members on course registrations.
Requirements
  • Strong computer skills, including online systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer service-oriented with experience working with international clients.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
