Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in real estate development, with a demonstrated track record of successful project delivery.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Planning, Engineering, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of local planning and development guidelines, zoning regulations, and building codes.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
