Position Overview

As a Gas Station Supervisor at Harnois Energies, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our retail fuel service establishment. Your leadership will ensure a smooth and efficient service experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 3-4 employees, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Inventory Control: Organize and maintain stock levels, ensuring that merchandise is ordered and returns are authorized as necessary.
  • Sales Oversight: Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, merchandising strategies, and personnel matters.
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply shortages effectively.
Work Environment

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Attention to detail is essential to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within a retail setting.
