Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Harnois Energies. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and motivate a team of 3-4 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient store operations.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, authorize returns, and maintain accurate records to optimize sales and minimize losses.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a retail or supervisory role
  • Language: English
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 44 hours per week
