Position Overview

As a Fuel Station Operations Supervisor at Harnois Energies, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our retail service establishment. Your leadership will ensure that our team delivers exceptional service while maintaining a well-organized and efficient environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and guide a team of 3-4 employees, including apprentices and support staff.
  • Recruitment and Training: Hire, train, and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Inventory Control: Organize and maintain stock levels, ensuring the availability of merchandise.
  • Sales Management: Authorize merchandise returns and prepare comprehensive reports on sales performance and personnel matters.
  • Customer Relations: Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Operational Oversight: Establish work schedules and ensure adherence to tight deadlines.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
