About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Harnois Energies. As a key member of our retail store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our retail store staff, including cashiers, customer service representatives, and maintenance personnel.
    • Provide guidance and support to staff members to ensure they are meeting their job responsibilities and providing excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management
    • Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise and supplies.
    • Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and minimize losses.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
    • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
    • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our gas station and retail store.
    • Ensure that our store is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail store or gas station management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position with a regular schedule of 30 to 44 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our gas station and retail store.

Language
