Position Overview

As a Fuel Station Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our retail service establishment. Your leadership will ensure a smooth and efficient service experience for our customers.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role is preferred.
Work Environment

This position is based in a fast-paced retail service setting, where attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 3-4 staff members.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Manage inventory levels and order merchandise as needed.
  • Authorize merchandise returns and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Establish work schedules to optimize team efficiency.
  • Engage in sales activities and assist customers with their needs.
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, inventory management, and personnel issues.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply shortages effectively.
