About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Harnois Energies. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our gas station and convenience store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient store operations.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and sale of merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing losses.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, well-maintained, and meets company standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a retail or supervisory role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week
