About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Harnois Energies. As a key member of our retail store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our retail store staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members.
    • Hire, train, and develop the skills of our staff to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management
    • Order and manage inventory levels to ensure that our gas station is well-stocked and that our customers have access to a wide range of products.
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Ensure that our customers are satisfied with their experience at our gas station.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to management.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of customer traffic.
    • Be able to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail store or gas station environment.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule
    • 30 to 44 hours per week.
