Position Overview

As a Fuel Station Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our retail service establishment. Your leadership will ensure a smooth and efficient workflow while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role is preferred.
Work Environment

This position is set within a fast-paced retail service environment, where attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, including apprentices and team members.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a competent and motivated team.
  • Manage inventory by ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
  • Establish work schedules to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Engage in sales activities and assist customers with their needs.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on sales performance, inventory management, and personnel issues.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply shortages effectively.
  • Maintain an organized and well-stocked inventory.
Supervisory Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supervising a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.
