About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Harnois Energies. As a key member of our retail store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our retail staff, including cashiers, attendants, and maintenance personnel.
    • Provide guidance and support to staff members to ensure they are meeting their job responsibilities and providing excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management
    • Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise and supplies.
    • Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and minimize losses.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive a positive and welcoming experience at our gas station.
    • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer service metrics.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Store Maintenance
    • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our gas station, including cleaning, repairs, and equipment maintenance.
    • Ensure that all safety and security protocols are followed.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or gas station environment
  • Language
    • Fluency in English
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Personal Suitability
    • Accurate and reliable
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
