Join Our Team as an Optical Department Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Optical Department Manager to join our team at Loblaw Companies Ltd - Head Office. As an Optical Department Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of optical professionals and providing exceptional customer service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Manage and lead a team of optical professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our optical department remains competitive.

Requirements:

  • Provincially licensed within the jurisdiction and a minimum of 1-year Optical experience.
  • Management experience is an asset.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • Highly organized, diligent, with strong time management capabilities.
  • Enthusiastic and concise communication to meet & exceed customer expectations.
