Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic and welcoming environment;
- Manage the department's schedule and staff;
- Maintain close relationships with our headquarters;
- Exceed optical product sales targets;
- Train colleagues on optical procedures;
- Measure, adjust, adapt, repair, and distribute glasses, contact lenses, and specialized eyewear;
- Order and receive products.
Requirements:
- Hold a provincial permit within the jurisdiction and have at least one year of experience in optics;
- Management experience is an asset;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively;
- Excellent communication skills to exceed customer expectations.
