Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality of service in our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, customer satisfaction, and staff performance, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service or restaurant environment.
  • Physical Demands
    • Fast-paced environment.
    • Bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Client focus.
    • Excellent oral communication skills.
    • Flexibility and dependability.
