Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Down East Hospitality Incorporated. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate Daily Operations: Monitor and assess the performance of our daily operations to identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor Revenues and Labour Costs: Analyze revenue data to determine labour costs and make informed decisions to optimize our operations.
- Staff Performance: Monitor and evaluate the performance of our staff to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to ensure the efficient operation of our daily activities.
- Staff Scheduling: Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize overtime.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure we have the necessary supplies and materials to operate effectively.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients and ensure that their needs are met.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 to 45 hours per week.
