Position Overview

The role of the Medical Administrative Coordinator involves a variety of essential tasks aimed at supporting the efficient operation of our healthcare facility.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient interviews to gather comprehensive case histories.
  • Manage scheduling and confirmation of patient appointments.
  • Process insurance claims and other necessary documentation.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for patient records.
  • Order medical supplies and oversee inventory management.
  • Establish and implement office procedures and routines.
  • Input and format medical reports and correspondence electronically, preparing documents for review.
  • Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records.
  • Perform data entry tasks as required.

Experience Requirements
