Job Summary

We are seeking a District Sales Associate to join our team. As a District Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating and implementing your business plan for the territory assigned to you in collaboration with the District Vice President. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales communications with new or existing advisors. You will provide valuable advice and suggestions on Placements Mackenzie products and services to support advisors in a constantly changing commercial environment. You will also provide ongoing support to advisors on market and fund performance, and review portfolio profiles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement your business plan for the territory assigned to you in collaboration with the District Vice President.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales communications with new or existing advisors.
  • Provide valuable advice and suggestions on Placements Mackenzie products and services to support advisors in a constantly changing commercial environment.
  • Provide ongoing support to advisors on market and fund performance, and review portfolio profiles.

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent experience in the industry.
  • Willingness to adopt new and creative ideas, motivation to produce concrete results, enthusiasm and energy, strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong interest in financial markets and their impact on the investment fund sector.
  • Completion of a program in the financial services sector (e.g. CCVM, IFIC, CFA, CFP, CIM, AMP, etc.).
