Vice President of Business Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Business Development to join our team at Stonewood Group Inc. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and expansion in the electronics services sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion in existing and emerging markets.
- Lead a small yet highly dynamic sales team to achieve top-line revenue growth and margin goals.
- Collaborate with the CEO to refine the company's roadmap, assess market opportunities, and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enter new geographic markets and expand product and services offerings.
- Work closely with lead generation and marketing organizations to ensure alignment with sales organization needs.
- Provide feedback to the CEO on pipeline, sales, and business development activities.
- Spearhead and nurture senior-level relationships with channel partners.
- Revenue and margin to budget - monthly and annual
- Quality and robustness of market plans
- Quality and performance of business development team members
- Year-over-year growth - quarterly
- Platform extensions - annual targets
The successful candidate will possess the following competencies:

The ideal candidate will have:
- Direct knowledge/relationships with specific OEMs.
- Direct experience working in/selling to the electronics sector.
- Proven track record selling large, global accounts.
- Marketing function experience, including planning and strategy development.
- Sales team management/leadership experience.
- US and some international market experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, MBA preferred.
