Overview of Job Responsibilities:
As a Field Sales Executive, your primary focus will be on acquiring new clients and nurturing existing customer relationships. You will represent our organization to prospective clients across multiple industries. Below are the key responsibilities, essential qualifications, desired experience, and salary & benefits:

Responsibilities:
  • Engaging with clients through outbound and inbound communications, following up on leads, and expanding the customer base.
  • Traveling to various businesses to promote products or services directly.
  • Identifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Staying informed about market trends and product offerings.
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM system on a daily basis (Hubspot).
  • Presenting tailored solutions to both potential and existing clients.
  • Conducting daily prospecting within an open territory.
  • Reporting leads to the Account Manager.
  • Achieving and surpassing monthly sales and profit objectives.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A post-secondary education or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of external sales experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Hubspot, is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to perform basic calculations and analyze numerical data.
  • Strong listening skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Motivated for continuous personal and professional growth.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Salary & Benefits:
  • Annual salary range of $40,000-80,000 (CAD).
