Position Overview

The Group Sales Executive serves as a key point of contact for group sales inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and guests alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison for group sales, addressing customer inquiries effectively.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts for group business opportunities.
  • Ensure the quality of service delivery by verifying business turnover.
  • Identify and promote additional business opportunities to enhance revenue.
  • Execute the brand's service strategy to maintain high standards.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Essential:
  • High school diploma or GED with 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, guest services, or a related field.
  • Alternatively, a 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar discipline with 2 years of sales experience.
  • Desirable: Experience in large group sales.

Core Responsibilities

  • Sales Management:
  • Respond to group and catering opportunities while adhering to peak room parameters.
  • Close sales opportunities based on current market conditions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to uncover new business prospects.
  • Develop comprehensive sales and marketing plans along with budgets.
  • Participate in meetings to assess group needs and satisfaction levels.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and the local community.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance satisfaction.
  • Implement the brand's service strategy to cultivate customer loyalty.

Compensation: Salary range is $76,000 to $103,000 annually.
