The Group Sales Executive serves as a key point of contact for group sales inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and guests alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for group sales, addressing customer inquiries effectively.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts for group business opportunities.
- Ensure the quality of service delivery by verifying business turnover.
- Identify and promote additional business opportunities to enhance revenue.
- Execute the brand's service strategy to maintain high standards.
Candidate Qualifications
- Essential:
- High school diploma or GED with 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, guest services, or a related field.
- Alternatively, a 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar discipline with 2 years of sales experience.
- Desirable: Experience in large group sales.
Core Responsibilities
- Sales Management:
- Respond to group and catering opportunities while adhering to peak room parameters.
- Close sales opportunities based on current market conditions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to uncover new business prospects.
- Develop comprehensive sales and marketing plans along with budgets.
- Participate in meetings to assess group needs and satisfaction levels.
- Relationship Building:
- Foster strong relationships with customers and the local community.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance satisfaction.
- Implement the brand's service strategy to cultivate customer loyalty.
Compensation: Salary range is $76,000 to $103,000 annually.
