Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Emco Private Label (EPL) Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to drive profitable sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and preferences
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements

  • College and/or University degree in a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Location flexibility as we are looking for regional support

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the plumbing and building products industry
  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems
