Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at 4361903 Nova Scotia Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with office support staff to delegate tasks and ensure procedures are followed.
  • Work Prioritization: Establish work priorities and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Training and Development: Train staff on new procedures and technologies.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations in a professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
