- Procedure Implementation: Implement new administrative procedures and ensure they are followed by all team members.
- Work Prioritization: Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Administrative Activities: Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry, inventory management, and budgetary controls.
- Reporting and Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Training and Development: Train staff on new procedures and technologies.
- Office Administration: Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including conflict resolution.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and strong organizational and time management skills.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Language: English.
