We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at 4361903 Nova Scotia Limited. As an Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to our team members, including preparing documents, managing files, and coordinating meetings.
- Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Office Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, book meetings, and make travel arrangements as needed.
- Communication and Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors.
- Reporting and Data Analysis
- Prepare and analyze reports to track key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions.
- Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to track information and trends.
- Education
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.
- Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
