Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team in a contract capacity. This role is structured on a hybrid work model, requiring a reliable internet connection and access to a computer and mobile device for remote engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee large-scale transformation initiatives with budgets ranging from $3-5 million, ensuring meticulous documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead and execute projects across North America and Latin America, focusing on modernization and innovation within our Issuer Services applications.
  • Manage the implementation of regulatory and business enhancements, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.
  • Collaborate with the COO/Global Head of PMO to drive best practices and governance across the technology division.
  • Establish and monitor key milestones for various programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Handle business management functions, including budget and capacity planning for projects.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports to executive management, maintaining all project documentation in the designated management tool.
  • Facilitate daily oversight of transformation programs, addressing risks and issues proactively.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will possess:
  • Extensive experience in project and program management, with a proven track record of handling complex projects.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies, with a strong background in using JIRA for project delivery.
  • Preferred certifications include Scrum Master and PMP.
  • A background in technology divisions within large financial institutions is advantageous.
  • Exceptional leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
  • A bachelor's degree in business management or a related field, complemented by experience in program management tools and techniques.
