About the Role

Magellan Aerospace Corporation is seeking an experienced HRIS Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing our HRIS systems to support the company's strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • HRIS Implementation and Maintenance: Provide leadership and guidance on the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors and the conversion of HRIS and analytics, collaborating across multiple functions and partners.
  • Systems Support: Provide systems support to all end-users of HR systems at all levels in the organization, ensuring seamless functionality and data integrity.
  • HRIS Standards and Controls: Develop and maintain HRIS standards and controls to ensure data integrity and HRIS functionality, resolving problems and recommending solutions to meet requirements.
  • Core HR Systems Management: Define requirements, implement, and manage the core HR Systems, ensuring timely and accurate data entry and information availability.
  • Technical Solutions: Identify and recommend technical solutions to address opportunities to improve existing processes and optimize operational effectiveness within HR.
  • Data and Metrics Requirements: Partner with management and leadership to identify data and metrics requirements, designing and executing reporting and analytics strategies.
  • Training and Communications: Develop and deliver training, user guides, and facilitate communications to ensure end-user understanding of HRIS systems and processes.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Lead teams through system and process changes, acting as a strategic partner to determine how best to support the organization through data retained in HR Systems.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree, college diploma, or equivalent experience with a focus in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years HRIS experience, ideally a combination of 5 years' experience of HR generalist and HRIS role.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with SAP, including SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Talent, Recruiting modules, or cloud-based HR system.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Communication and Partnership Skills: Capable of communicating and supporting employees at all levels of the organization, building strong partnerships with external vendors and partners.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Experience leading teams through projects and process changes, working independently in a global matrix environment.
