Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our team of professionals through the project life cycle, including planning, coordinating, and implementing initiatives that align with the strategic plans and commitments of Ornge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver strategic projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and manage project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with business units to prepare strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure alignment with contracted scope and deliverables.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with project sponsors, vendors, and business partners.
  • Support junior members of the team, providing guidance and mentorship.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Project Management.
  • PMP Certification or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing and coordinating projects, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Experience delivering strategic projects, with a focus on process improvement and change management.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, including Microsoft suite of products.
