About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Project Manager to join our team at PointClickCare. As a key member of our Solution Architecture team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success and growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Project Strategies: Collaborate with various teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, Product, and others, to ensure effective project delivery and alignment with the strategic goals and objectives for our Senior Care business unit.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Project Teams: Manage project timelines and deliverables, and lead cross-functional project teams, including senior leaders.
  • Identify and Mitigate Project Risks: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring successful completion of key initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership: Collaborate with Senior Leadership to gather project requirements and ensure alignment, and monitor project progress and communicate updates to key stakeholders.
  • Foster a Culture of Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork among project team members, and provide guidance and mentorship to project team members.
  • Continuously Assess and Improve Project Management Process: Continuously assess and improve project management process and methodologies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 5 Years of Experience in Project Management: 5 years of experience in project management is required.
  • Strong Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required.
Preferred Skills
  • Project Management Certification: Project Management certification is preferred.
  • 5-10 Years Leading Large Scale Projects: 5-10 years leading large scale projects in Healthcare SaaS organizations is preferred.
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills are preferred.
  • Expert in Project Management Software & Tools: Expert in project management software & tools is preferred.
  • Senior Care and Industry Knowledge: Senior Care and Industry knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience with Go-to-Market Customer Engagement Models: Experience with Go-to-Market customer engagement models focused on customer value realization is preferred.
Compensation

The base salary for this position is $133,900 - $156,000 per year, plus bonus, benefits, and equity. Our salary ranges are determined by job and level, and individual compensation is determined by job-related skills and knowledge, relevant experience, and/or work location.
