Position Overview:
A significant opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to oversee transformative initiatives within our organization. This role operates on a hybrid work model, requiring a commitment to both remote and in-office collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage large-scale transformation projects with budgets ranging from $3 million to $5 million, ensuring comprehensive documentation throughout.
- Lead and execute projects across North America and Latin America, focusing on modernization and innovation within our Issuer Services applications.
- Oversee the implementation of regulatory and business-critical enhancements, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
- Collaborate with the COO/Global Head of PMO, driving best practices in project governance and Agile deployment.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders, managing risks and issues effectively to maintain project integrity.
- Prepare and deliver executive management reports, maintaining thorough documentation in the project management tool.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Extensive experience in project and program management, with a proven track record of handling complex projects.
- Experience in Agile methodologies, with proficiency in tools such as JIRA for managing project delivery.
- Strong leadership capabilities, coupled with exceptional organizational and presentation skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field, complemented by relevant certifications such as Scrum Master and PMP.
- The ability to navigate and influence within a large, global organization, fostering positive relationships across diverse teams.
