Corporate Receptionist

The Corporate Receptionist plays a vital role in delivering exceptional client service and creating a warm and inviting experience for clients entering our offices.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and greet clients in a kind, courteous, and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage all incoming calls to the corporate branch, transferring them to the appropriate teams in a timely and efficient manner.
- Respond to client inquiries via telephone, email, and in person, providing professional and courteous service.
- Organize catering and equipment for meetings and special events in the branch, ensuring seamless execution.
- Ensure users of the boardrooms are vacated in a timely manner, maintaining a clean and tidy environment for the next users.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion while dealing with clients and their information.
- Provide administrative support to the branch team and backup support to specialists, submitting paperwork and following up on assigned tasks.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist/customer service role, preferably in a Financial Services firm.
- Post-secondary education degree in business, commerce, economics, or a related discipline is an asset.
- A genuine interest in developing professionally within the Financial Services industry and willingness to complete industry-related courses.
- Ability to foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients, advisors, branch support staff, IPC Head Office team, and other key stakeholders.
- Excellent client service skills to anticipate client needs and follow up in a timely manner.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
- Ability to work from the office environment.
- Knowledge of French is an asset.
