**JOB SUMMARY**

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Back up for phones and receptionist duties as needed.
- Assist in a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, note taking and accommodation arrangements.
- Sort and distribute mail/parcels.
- Mail letters and parcels as needed.
- Help prepare meeting/training rooms.
- Help prepare for company/team member events.
- Work alongside team members on various projects.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Experience in a receptionist role servicing multiple locations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to positive team dynamic.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multi-task and respond to time sensitive deadlines.
- Bilingual (English and French) an asset.
