Position Title: Corporate Receptionist

We are in search of a Corporate Receptionist who will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients with a friendly demeanor, fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate departments and addressing client inquiries effectively.
  • Organize mail, deliveries, and meeting logistics to maintain seamless office operations.
  • Protect client confidentiality and provide essential administrative support to the branch team.
  • Assist advisors with various administrative tasks and follow-up actions as required.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role; experience in Financial Services is advantageous.
  • Post-secondary education in business or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A keen interest in advancing within the Financial Services sector.
  • Exceptional client service abilities, adeptness at multitasking, and capability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of French is considered an asset.
