Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our dynamic team at one of our fast-paced dealerships. As a Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our dealerships, playing a key role in establishing an outstanding experience for each guest from the moment they walk through the door.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and assist visitors with professionalism and warmth.
  • Handle general inquiries and assist with general administrative duties.
  • Ensure smooth operations within our dealerships by maintaining an organized and friendly environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently and with poise, prioritizing responsibilities while paying strong attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a receptionist/front desk role or other customer service role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks and familiarity with office equipment and software.
  • Valid Ontario G Driver's License with no demerit points.

Compensation

The expected compensation range for this position is $20.00 per hour.
