About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Inspire Direct Marketing. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone and email interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
