Job Summary

Zedd Customer Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Toronto. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for making and receiving telephone calls on behalf of our clients, performing according to established quality assurance standards and within guidelines set forth by the company and the client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Places and/or receives calls to/from existing customers, contacts new and existing customers to promote products and services, and completes needs-based assessments to recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Consistently meets established program requirements, provides exceptional sales and customer service, and maintains established acceptance rating on quality monitoring tests.
  • Product Knowledge: Accurately inputs, retrieves, and accesses information regarding a customer from a computer system, quickly and correctly answers product questions, and has full knowledge of features and benefits of products and services.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Displays professionalism and courtesy at all times, operates a computer system effectively, and actively participates in all required training programs.
  • Security and Compliance: Reports suspected security incidents to their immediate supervisor or the compliance/Security Manager, understands that all reports shall be kept confidential, and is familiar and complies with established Zedd security policies and practices.

  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to effectively translate complex information into common terms, and ability to demonstrate initiative.
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Accuracy when performing all work assignments, works with a positive attitude that reflects favorably upon the company, and is flexible.
