Job Title: Kitchen Supervisor

At Shri Sachi Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and leading a team of cooks and kitchen assistants.

Main Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and dietary requirements of our customers, while ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand, while minimizing waste and reducing costs.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback, and ensuring that all customers receive a high level of service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, with a focus on culinary arts or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Personal Qualities: Flexibility, team player, time management, and attention to detail.
